REFLECTIONS:
Experience:

Throughout this module, I surprisingly felt like it was somewhat enjoyable. We were given more creative freedom on our task compared to the Typography module so I get to explore more about design and typography in general. Even with the limitations given, I think we were pushed to think outside our box without exceeding the limitations. In the beginning, the module was intimidating to me, it was so fast-paced and the tasks are not easy either. Sometimes, I'd struggle in catching up to finish my weekly progress. Moreover, seeing my classmates' works can also be intimidating at times, since everyone have very creative ideas. However, at the end, I'm glad that I'm able to finish this module quite well and satisfied. I've learned a lot and I've gained new experience that I'm sure will be helpful to me in the future.

Observations:

After the past weeks, I observed that a few things I did this semester helped me a lot. First is having good time management, not procrastinating to do my weekly progress. Once I'm behind, even just a little bit, I have to catch up on a lot of work within a time crunch. So for me, managing my time and priorities in this module is important since I'd never know how long a task will take me to finish.

Another thing for me is asking feedbacks and opinions from my friends. I didn't really do this in the previous semesters and I think having feedbacks from people who haven't been seeing your work for days is quite good since it's objective and unbiased. Most of the comments I get from discussing with my friends are very helpful and they notice issues that I didn't even realize.

Findings:

Throughout the tasks, I find that typography is more than seeing the bigger picture of fonts, letters, typography systems. More attention to detail is required to achieve a satisfactory result. Studying the details of our work, paying special attention to details make a crucial part of our tasks. A detail can make or break our work so I've made a mental note to always recheck for details again and again.
